PLEASE READ: INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND USE THE DVD FILES 1. If you do not have a program to unzip .rar files, download the free program here: http://www.win-rar.com/download.html 2. Download ALL .rar parts of a video. The size of each .rar file be no larger than 400mb for easier downloading. 3. Once ALL .rar parts have been downloaded, double-click the part 1 .exe file, select "Run". You will get the "WinRar self-extracting archive" wizard; check that the destination folder is where you want the extract to go and then click "Install". It will go through and extract each .rar file in order and will create the folder "VIDEO_TS". If it does not, rename the folder. Remember You only have to initiate unzipping part1. The rest of the .rar parts will automatically unzip one after the other in the order that they are numbered. What happens during this process is, all the .rar parts unload into one folder. That file will end up being in the 3-4GB range and is the folder that you need to burn to the DVD. 4. The file will have the name City_VIDEO_TS or VIEDO_TS as the name for the folder once all the .rar files have been unzipped. Rename the folder so the folder is called VIDEO_TS if it is not named that already. This is the folder you need to burn to a DVD. When you go to burn make sure that you choose the whole folder as the file you are burning. You should get a fully functional DVD with menu. Just burn the folder as you would a data file. If you are successful and you can delete the .rar parts. NOTE: Each DVD file is one folder. The video was only compressed into parts to facilitate uploading and downloading of the video. The .rar parts unzip into ONE folder. Therefore, you must download all .rar parts of the video BEFORE unzipping. If you try to download and unzip a .rar file before ALL .rar parts of a video have been downloaded, you will get a corrupted (cut-off) video that is not viewable.
